Britton Taylor

Founder | Realtor®

Magnetic Residential founder Britton Taylor began his real estate career in 2016 with the goal of helping people use real estate as a tool to live the lifestyle they dream about as well as build generational wealth. He understands that buying or selling a home is life-changing, and he uses his considerable industry expertise to improve the client experience.

Britton is dedicated to getting property owners top market value for their homes, and as a former startup entrepreneur, his skill set is uniquely suited to this task. At the outset, he identifies all potential roadblocks and creates strategies to overcome them. He has the marketing expertise to create mass appeal, and his networking abilities help him find more potential buyers. This wide exposure, coupled with clever pricing and home preparation plans, is how Britton’s sellers achieve their financial goals.

Likewise, Britton is committed to getting buyers what they want out of the real estate market, collaborating with other professionals to find the perfect purchasing opportunities. Attentive throughout the process, he keeps clients’ wants, needs, and interests front and center. His grasp of the Northern California market, especially in Sacramento, benefits buyers and sellers alike: Britton always provides them with the information they need to make educated decisions.

When not working with clients, you’ll find Britton at Point West Rotary of Sacramento, where he indulges his passion for giving back to the community; the Metro Chamber of Commerce, where he connects with other small business owners; and on the board of B Street Theater, where he helps make live theater fun for young people. He’s also passionate about staying fit and gets people “moving through life” as a board member of Runnin’ for Rhett. And, he never misses a chance to explore Sacramento’s food and wine scene with his wife, Desireé. Two of his current favorites are Paul J Wines in Amador County and Grange in Downtown Sacramento. Be sure to ask him for his recommendations!
